Correio dos Leitores pt II
O Gonçalo Pina volta à carga com a questão da Constituição europeia. Pergunta-me se devem existir ou não custos (a pagar) para um pais que decida sair da UE.
Eu respondo podem: existir. E se o país for um contribuinte liquido? Nesse caso terá fundos a reaver?
Parece que não percebeu que a questão reside no resto do artigo:
The Commission shall conduct the negotiations in consultation with the Council in accordance with directives given to it by the Council. The agreement shall be concluded for the Union by the Council, acting by a majority of two-thirds of its members after obtaining the assent of the European Parliament. The Member State leaving the Union shall not participate in the Council decisions on the negotiation and conclusion of the agreement.
O que transforma a opção de saída numa questão política a ser decida pelos restantes estados membros.
Para terminar acho que podemos manter a questão de forma séria se seguir alguns preceitos. Primeiro não diga "porra" nos mails. Segundo não me filie em partidos. Terceiro e ultimo nunca infira pelos posts o estado de excitação dos restantes bloggers.
