Garantias

Segundo o fiscalista Pitta e Cunha "As garantias dos contribuintes portugueses têm diminuído nos últimos anos".

Eu diria que, genericamente, as garantias dos contribuintes diminuem na exacta proporção em que aumenta a voracidade despesista do Estado. O aumento do aparelho estatal faz-se à custa das liberdades individuais. Hayek deixou-o bem explícito em "The Road to Serfdom". Há 60 atrás...
