O Futuro da ONU

Segundo um rumor publicado no Valete Fratres! os EUA podem suspender a sua participação na ONU se está se recusar a apoia-los.

Qualquer que seja o desfecho da reunião do Conselho de Segurança (CS) amanhã parece-me que o CS da ONU tal qual existe hoje tem os dias contados. É ineficaz e não reflete o actual balanço de poder. Só Jacques Chirac, Freitas do Amaral e mais uns quantos iluminados não se deram conta disso.
